Job summary

RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers invites unemployed South Africans in Durban to apply for a 12-month Driver Learnership. The programme combines formal training with practical on-the-job experience and includes a monthly learner allowance of R4,000.

Learners sign a formal learnership agreement and are not paid a salary during the programme. Participants gain professional driving skills, knowledge of courier operations, safety and compliance, and customer service exposure, aimed at improving long-term

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen
• Ages 21 to 28
• Unemployed and not currently studying
• Must have Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy and English must be passed
• Must have a valid Code 10 driver’s license
• PrDP advantageous but not compulsory
