Job Title: Driver and Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on safe driving techniques and effective sales strategies.
- Train new and existing drivers on driving routes, safety protocols, and customer service with an emphasis on sales conversion.
- Assess training needs, conduct skills evaluations, and customize training sessions to address identified gaps.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and support to enhance driver performance in both driving and sales activities.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and tools for driver and sales development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant driving laws, regulations, and company policies during training.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with company objectives and sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Driver Trainer, Sales Trainer, or in a similar training role.
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire trainees to achieve their best performance.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is an advantage.
