InvisionHR is building a talent pool for Driver roles in Cape Town, with openness to relocation across South Africa. The position focuses on deliveries, loading/offloading equipment, and delivering a professional service to customers.

You will operate company vehicles on-site, plan routes, maintain delivery records, and support daily logistics with the Logistics team. Model: On-site, Mon-Thu 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–16:00.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar driving or delivery role.
• Valid South African driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of road safety, traffic laws and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to safely lift, move and handle heavy equipment.
• Experience transporting commercial catering or food service equipment will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and hands-on Driver to transport commercial catering and food service equipment safely and efficiently.

The role is primarily focused on deliveries, collections, loading and offloading equipment, while ensuring a professional service to customers and supporting daily logistics operations.

• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Model: On-site [Monday to Thursday (08:00 - 16:30) & Friday (08:00 - 16:00)]

Responsibilities

Driving & Deliveries (Primary)

• Transport catering and food service equipment to and from customer locations.
• Load and offload equipment, ensuring goods are handled carefully and secured correctly.
• Complete deliveries and collections safely, efficiently and on time.
• Plan delivery routes and monitor traffic conditions to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Provide professional and friendly service when dealing with customers.
• Communicate delivery progress, delays or issues to the Logistics Coordinator.

Vehicle Safety & Maintenance

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, following traffic laws and speed limits.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks, including oil, tyres, fuel, lights and general condition.
• Report vehicle faults, damage or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organised and in good working condition.
• Ensure relevant licences and permits remain valid and up to date.
• Follow company safety procedures when driving, loading and offloading equipment.

Delivery Administration & Logistics Support

• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks.
• Ensure delivery notes, invoices and other relevant documentation are completed and submitted.
• Assist with loading, offloading and handling equipment when required.
• Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide additional operational support when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
