This leadership role is critical for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling campaigns. You will manage drilling teams, contractors, and equipment, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drilling engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive drilling plans and operational strategies.
• Manage and supervise drilling crews, service providers, and rig operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing offshore and/or onshore drilling operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
