Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or related field, preferably in mining equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with team motivation skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of specific Epiroc models.

Responsibilities

• Drive product line success through technical expertise and market insights.
• Serve as the expert for internal and customer inquiries.
• Lead and mentor service technicians and product developers.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve products based on market needs.
• Deliver product training to customers and distributors.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics.
