Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dredging project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor daily dredging operations to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Supervise and manage offshore dredging crews, ensuring proper training and adherence to operational procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams for seamless project execution.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement among team members.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of dredging vessels, pumps, and related equipment.
• Optimize equipment utilization and manage spare parts inventory.
• Track project expenses and implement measures to reduce operational costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

• Master of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 10‑15 years of experience in a similar role with Dredging & Reclamation projects on capital dredging, not limited to maintenance dredging field, operational and project management experience in marine construction and the dredging industry.
