Job summary

Hoxana Consulting Engineers in Centurion seeks a Draughtsman with a National diploma/N6 in Civil or Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in consulting. You will produce detailed AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with engineers, and ensure designs meet building regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and Civil Designer is essential, along with a valid driver's license and strong communication skills to join our engineering team.

Qualifications

• National diploma or N6 in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consulting or similar.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or related software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Civil Designer.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Following specification and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Auto CAD.
• Communicate with engineers and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
