The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and experience in the electronic manufacturing or related industry. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and technical experts to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly materials.

Qualifications
  • Qualification in Electronics/Electronic Engineering/ S3/S4 or related
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, ideally in electronic manufacturing or a closely related industry.
  • Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, components, or systems.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to electronic manufacturing (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, product specifications, process documents, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, QA teams) to gather information, understand product details, and clarify technical concepts.
  • Research and review product specifications, schematics, and engineering documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes, process improvements, or regulatory requirements.
  • Follow company and industry standards to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Organize, format, and structure documents to enhance readability, accessibility, and ease of use.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, FAQs, and other support content as needed.
  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards for regulatory and quality control purposes.
  • To perform other reasonable adhoc duties as assigned by management when required.
