Job Summary

To carry out the production of packaging material on the Doctor Machine according to the production plan and quality control procedures

What You Will Do
  • Follow production safety rules.
  • Work according to existing procedures/standards. Continuously improve these procedures/standards as required.
  • Ensure that production is carried out according to the production plan and/or doctor priority list.
  • Ensure that all quality parameters are continuously met and carry out all quality checks as required.
  • Ensure that all identified defects are correctly removed.
  • Identify and remove unmarked defects.
  • Complete Internal Claims for unmarked defects are completed.
  • Communicate any non-conformances to the Process Engineer and/or Team Leader
  • Identify anomalies and raise tags.
  • Remove tags by correcting anomalies.
  • Participate in WCM teams.
  • Create OPLs and SOPs
