A leading recruitment firm in Johannesburg seeks a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment processes across various functions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong analytical skills, and effective stakeholder management abilities. This role offers a hybrid work model, 20 days annual leave, and additional benefits to enrich work-life balance.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will join our local South Africa People team and work within our international talent acquisition team, reporting directly to the local People lead. You will also have a dotted line to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition. You will own local hiring in South Africa and support international hiring demand when required. You will be a data-driven, innovative, and passionate recruiter who wants to continuously raise the bar for how we deliver best-in-class recruitment practices.
