Candidates with experience in distress and or corporate finance, M&A and or debt advisory experience, holding a CA/LLB or similar with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Depth of knowledge of CIB lending, trade products, corporate finance and capital raising requirements (debt and equity) is essential.
