The ideal candidate should have a Matric certificate, valid driver's license, and 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in distribution. Responsibilities include managing staff, compiling reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of night shifts. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage the night shift.
• Compose night shift reports.
• Manage staff.
• Manage reports and feedback.
• Oversee staff departures in the morning from the depot.
• Check the Distribution sitrep.
• Dispatch routes in the morning.
• Ensure scales and scanners are on charge at night.
• Contact replacement staff if necessary.
• Ensure drivers sign out equipment.
• Complete quarterly spill kit checks.
• Scan completed T / A on the W-drive.
• Scan the vehicle checklist on the W-drive.
• Report incidents and accidents.
• Check vehicles for roadworthiness.
