Purpose of the position: Lead a high‑performing distribution team and drive OTIF deliveries in a fast‑paced logistics & manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily distribution operations and ensure OTIF deliveries.
  • Manage fleet maintenance, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Optimize routes, truck capacity, and fuel consumption.
  • Maintain POD accuracy, waybill control, and courier systems.
  • Lead and develop staff; provide cover for Distribution Manager.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, dispatch compliance, and support audits.
  • Prepare and submit operational and performance reports.
Requirements
  • Matric (Logistics / Supply Chain qualification an advantage).
  • 3–6 years' experience in logistics / distribution, preferably in manufacturing or a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse, dispatch, and transport processes.
  • Skilled in fleet and route planning systems, compliance, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
