A premier Investment Management Firm is seeking a dynamic Distribution Sales Manager to be a strategic growth driver within their Distribution team.

This permanent role is crucial for expanding our market footprint and achieving ambitious goals for Assets Under Management (AUM).

The Challenge : Strategic Sales & Relationship Building

This role is about driving new business growth, deepening existing relationships, and promoting our investment solutions across the IFA and wealth manager segments.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IFA and wealth manager space.
  • Drive fund and model portfolio inflows through strategic sales initiatives, roadshows, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with IFAs and key distribution partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for investment-related queries and performance insights.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio construction.
  • Present our investment philosophy, process, and performance with clarity and confidence.
  • Self-source and onboard new IFAs, converting them into active supporters and brand ambassadors.
  • Adhere to compliance policies and uphold brand standards.
  • Deliver proactive, innovative service that exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation.
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree (or equivalent tertiary qualification).
  • A post-graduate Financial Planning Qualification (or equivalent).
