What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing warehouse team, driving excellence in stock accuracy, cost control, and turnaround times.
• Own the DC operations – from receiving and storage to dispatch and distribution – ensuring seamless support to all our stores.
• Optimise processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, stores, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company policies.
