Type : Full-Time (after 10-Day Performance Trial)

Compensation : $3, / month base + 15% commission (post-trial)

Performance Trial — Read Before Applying

This role begins with a 10-day commission-only performance trial designed to identify highly capable and self-motivated individuals who take ownership, solve problems, and execute with consistent clarity.

Schedule : 5 hours per day during the trial period.

Expectations : Make consistent daily outreach, log all activity, and demonstrate professionalism and persistence.

Conversion : Top performers will be offered a full-time position with a $3, / month base salary + 15% commission on closed deals.

Post-Trial Schedule : 8-hour workdays once full-time.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Disposition Expert / Buyer Relations Specialist to help expand our buyer network and manage direct outreach to serious investors, funds, and brokers nationwide.

This role is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on relationship-driven sales, enjoys intelligent conversations about real estate, and can move fast while staying organized and professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outreach to active buyers, funds, and commercial brokers to understand their acquisition criteria.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investors actively deploying capital.
  • Sell and assign SAAR Capital's deals directly to buyers within your network, managing each transaction from initial conversation to close.
  • Log all buyer intelligence—market preferences, deal size, cap rate targets, funding timelines—into the CRM with precision.
  • Communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and provide updates on available and upcoming opportunities.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions to align sourcing efforts with verified buyer demand.
  • Represent SAAR Capital professionally on phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn correspondence.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, dispositions, investor relations, or commercial brokerage.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills—able to hold confident conversations with fund managers, family offices, and experienced investors.
  • Understanding of real estate financial terms (T12s, rent rolls, cap rates, NOI, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail for accurate data entry and CRM management.
  • Self-starter mentality—you solve problems and execute without needing constant oversight.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and professional conduct.
