Job summary

A leading South African company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily production planning, liaise with customers, and organize distribution logistics. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or logistics, with a matric certification. This position is full-time and requires in-person work in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in FMCG or logistics environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production planning for the bottling department.
• Liaise with customers and sales representatives about order bookings.
• Plan distribution of bulk packed goods.

Responsibilities

• Daily production planning for bottling department (Bottling / Blow Moulding / packaging)
• Customer and sales rep liaison with regards to booking of orders
• Bulk packed goods distribution planning for local and long distance (Superlinks)
• Logistics planning
• Daily stock sheets for packed goods
• Daily invoicing
• Monthly sign offs for all logistics
• Managing the storage tanks for Bottling department (tank levels and forecasting)
• Assist with ordering consignment stocks from Head office
