Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director: Treasury Services is a key member of the Finance Leadership team and a strategic business partner to the university community. The primary purpose of this position is to manage UCT's treasury functions including servicing UCT's Joint Investment Committee and Foundation. In addition, the investment strategies of these committees must be managed in conjunction with specialist external service providers and actuaries.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the activities and operations of the Treasury Services section in providing banking and investment services to all UCT departments and faculties.
