We're looking for a dynamic Operations Director to lead and scale a high-performing outsourced Contact Centre operation in Cape Town.

As a key member of the executive team, you will be instrumental in driving operational strategy, scaling teams, and playing a critical role in client attraction and business development. This is more than an operations role — we're looking for someone who blends commercial acumen with hands‑on BPO experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a world‑class outsourcing business. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a growing BPO contact centre operation across multiple clients and verticals
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Partner closely with the sales and business development teams to attract, pitch, and retain new clients
  • Build scalable processes, teams, and structures to support rapid growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure operational alignment with their goals
  • Champion a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Operations Director or very Senior Operations Leader in the BPO sector with a minimum of 5 years leading large operations
  • Track record of successfully scaling contact centre operations in a high-growth environment
  • Experience playing a strategic role in client acquisition, sales pitches, and onboarding
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and solutions-focused
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town and MUST have the relevant working visa
