Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in higher education, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in community engagement within African or Global South contexts.
• Visionary leadership with ability to align CE initiatives with institutional, national, and global priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Engagement Unit strategically and institutionally.
• Advance community engagement as a scholarly field and support curriculum transformation.
• Build and manage partnerships with communities and stakeholders.
• Oversee CEU's role in accreditation and curriculum design.
• Ensure effective operational and financial management of CEU.
