Job Description

Develop and execute the brand's identity, positioning, and tone of voice across all internal and external platforms.

Implement and oversee brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity, storytelling, and guest experience.

Support pre-opening activities by aligning new properties with brand standards and ensuring their integration into the Mantis narrative.

Monitor brand performance and sentiment, using insights to refine positioning and improve engagement.

Lead internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and corporate announcements.

Build and maintain relationships with global media, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach and credibility.

Oversee crisis communication planning to safeguard the brand's reputation and integrity.

Represent Mantis at industry events, media engagements, and stakeholder forums.

Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns that reinforce Mantis' values and drive audience engagement.

Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop storytelling initiatives that showcase the brand's unique experiences and conservation-led purpose.

Work with digital marketing and design teams to ensure all online and on-property materials are consistent with brand standards.

Oversee content creation for digital platforms, print materials, and internal publications.

Lead communications around sustainability, community engagement, and conservation initiatives under Mantis Impact.

Ensure that CSR narratives are authentic, measurable, and aligned with the brand's core pillars.

Collaborate with operations and development teams to integrate sustainability storytelling across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives using engagement, media coverage, and sentiment metrics.

Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

Stay abreast of industry trends, media innovations, and competitor activity to maintain Mantis' leadership position in the conservation-led luxury hospitality space.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field.

10+ years' experience in brand management, communications, or PR—preferably within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

Proven track record in building and protecting brand equity across global or multi-property portfolios.

Strong media and stakeholder relations experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for sustainability, conservation, and community engagement.
