Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time role is remote within South Africa. You will work with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role or similar (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
