They are making significant investments in their direct-to-consumer digital platform which allows individuals to manage their investments online. This is a strategic growth area for the business aimed at making sophisticated investment tools more accessible.

This is a chance to join the team at the heart of this growth taking ownership of the marketing engine that drives client acquisition and engagement for this cutting-edge platform.

Performance Objectives for Year One
  • Boost Client Acquisition : Within the first 9 months design and execute a multi-channel digital campaign strategy (email social media etc.) that results in a measurable increase in new client sign-ups and funded accounts on the online platform.
  • Enhance Client Engagement & Cross-selling : By the end of year one implement a robust client segmentation strategy. Develop and launch targeted always-on email and in-platform campaigns that demonstrably improve client retention and increase the adoption of additional products / funds.
  • Establish a Data-Driven Optimization Framework : Within 6 months create and manage a comprehensive reporting dashboard to track key campaign metrics (e.g. CPA conversion rates LTV). Use these insights to run continuous A / B tests on campaigns providing actionable recommendations to sales and product teams quarterly.
  • Develop a High-Impact Content Strategy : Within the first 6 months plan and begin executing a content strategy for the online platform. Align content formats channels and frequency with key audience segments to drive engagement build brand authority and support acquisition goals.
