  • Provide excellent after-sales service and ongoing client support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated media solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports and CRM updates
What Will You Need
  • Higher Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or client service environment
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport (essential)
  • Proven sales track record in media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proposal and business writing ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational, time-management and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
