Position Type : Permanent, Part-Time (Dinner Shifts Only)
Working Hours :

Monday to Thursday : 5 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM; Saturday : 5 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM

Salary :

R10,000 – R13,000 per month

Role Overview

As the Dinner Guest Relations Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant during evening service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while supporting the floor managers, owners (who are also chefs), and waitstaff. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, requiring someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and host guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage phone calls, bookings, and takeaway orders efficiently.
  • Handle cash and credit card payments with accuracy.
  • Support floor managers and assist in supervising waitstaff.
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality front‑of‑house operation during dinner service.
  • Train as a waiter to gain holistic knowledge of the restaurant’s operations and product offerings.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to guide and assist guests effectively.
