Digital & Social Media Analyst

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : You will be responsible for reporting on social media activity across the social media landscape for multiple European markets. Analyze social and digital data through various tools (Social Listening tools like Synthesio, Brandwatch, Sprinklr; Competitive Analysis tools like Rival IQ; Audience Analysis tools like Profiler or Global Web Index; Trends and Search Analysis tools like SEMrush, etc.) based on a client briefing. Develop custom approaches leveraging available data sets and technologies to deliver actionable insights to inform strategic recommendations. Support planners in developing data-validated strategies that bring data richness to consumer, community, or creator online behaviors. Design insightful reports and audits with strategic recommendations. Deliver high-quality service to local and international clients. Collaborate with WPP and external data providers. Present your reporting work to clients.

YOUR TRACK RECORD SHOWS : 2 to 6 years of experience in Social/Digital Data Analytics, Insights, and Digital/Social Strategy (seniority level to be determined based on your background and experience). Strong research and analytical skills—understanding how to apply qualitative and quantitative learnings into actionable insights. Proficiency with social and digital monitoring technologies such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, SEMrush, etc. An established understanding of social media and the wider digital communication landscape. Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly within a global, integrated agency team.

MUST-HAVE : Expertise in Sprinklr, always-on reporting, analytics, and insights generation. Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills. A comprehensive understanding of today’s social media landscape. Knowledge of social media performance metrics/KPIs for both organic and paid media. Excellent reporting and visualization skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE : Experience with always-on social listening analysis and insights. Cultural tracking (including trends) and insights for campaigns. Dashboarding, data collection, and visualization experience.
