Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Advisory – Lead Conversion
  • Advise segment and coverage client aligned portfolios on Transactional Banking
  • Provide additional insight and detail on clients transaction flow including efficiency and risk information
  • Retention and Growth of Customer Relationships
  • Own the Relationship with Clients from a Transactional services perspective, acting as advisor on Transactional Services related matters
  • Ensure clients are using appropriate service channels and identify opportunities for expansion in transaction volumes and cross-selling of products or services
  • Product Expertise: understand and comply with all applicable governance, compliance, risk policies and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of relevant technical knowledge in own field and across the broader client sector, business aligned to Transactional Banking propositions
  • Partner with company stakeholders to establish accountability for customer engagement/experience across the value chain
  • Work with stakeholders to identify baseline metrics for tracking and improving engagement/interation experiences with customers
  • Risk management: assist in managing regulatory, risk and compliance for customer benefit (e.g., TCF, KYC, etc.)
Qualifications
  • B Degree
  • Over 5 years Transactional Banking Experience (preferably with Corporate or Business Client Relationships)
  • Transactional Banking Product Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
