You will communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

The Hunt: become an expert in abandoned cart recovery, reaching out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale.

The Conversion: use your persuasive communication mastery to provide tailored recommendations that guide buyers toward purchasing – increasing Average Order Value (AOV).

The Impact: act as a strategic partner, delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues efficiently to ensure a friction‑free transaction.

Qualifications

1+ year of proven remote online sales experience – you already know how to close a deal and drive revenue without supervision.

1+ year of customer support experience – comfort and skill in engaging customers via email, chat, or phone (E‑commerce experience is a massive advantage).
