Role Purpose
Responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, leading a digital sales team, and driving revenuegrowth through various digital channels.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business, or related field
- FSCA recognised qualification
- FAIS Key individual Regulatory Exam Level 1
- FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5
- Specific licensing or registration: Certified Financial Planner
Duties & Responsibilities
- A results-driven individual to lead the sales, planning, execution, and optimization of our digital sales initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to grow online sales, brand presence, and conversions.
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies across relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and growth.
- Collaborate with technology, and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital sales trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage budgets for digital campaigns and allocate resources effectively.
- Inventory management: oversee the management of digital sales inventory, ensuring optimal allocation and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
