We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in South Africa who can bring significant UK digital agency expertise, working in a flexible, remote-first capacity to service our UK-based clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and manage large and complex digital transformation projects for our UK-based clients and markets.
The ideal candidate will have a deep, demonstrable understanding of the UK market needs and digital transformation, encompassing SEO, UX, Security, and Cloud solutions.
This role requires someone who is analytically minded, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing projects remotely while aligning with UK business hours (GMT / BST).
Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects from inception to completion, working directly with diverse clients and internal teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adhering to rigorous agency standards.
Coordinate internal resources, external contractors, and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining high standards.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using established agency methodologies.
Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and reconciling budgets, with experience handling significant project values.
Have working exposure to cloud computing and understand its role in digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable digital solutions.
Must be able to consistently align working hours with the UK business day (GMT / BST).
