International Trimmings and Labels (ITL) is looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Print Operator to join our fast-paced production team in the Paper Sheet Department. This role involves operating digital print machinery with precision and efficiency to produce high-quality garment and home textile packaging items, while maintaining strict quality standards and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate digital printing presses according to job specifications, ensuring all machine settings are correct and optimised.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Manage multiple print jobs effectively, prioritise workflow, and meet tight production deadlines.
• Perform regular quality checks during production to ensure print consistency, accuracy and efficiency.
• Accurately record production data, including job details, material usage, and any issues encountered during printing.
• Collaborate with the entire production team to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of Grade 12 matric or equivalent, preferably with math's
• 2 - 3 years' operational experience in a similar position will be an additional benefit
• Communicates well with good written and verbal skills, fluent in English
• Strong computer and analytical skills
