Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous
  • Strong understanding of technology and the digital services industry
  • Strong working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate, create and manage advertising solutions
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement strategic advertising sales plans and source and acquire new agencies and clients through effective sales techniques
  • Understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of our advertising products and services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling briefs for agencies to execute
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and opportunities and use insights to make recommendations to adjust sales strategies and offerings
  • Manage and oversee agencies within your portfolio
  • Meet and exceed set revenue targets and maximize revenue inflow
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate the ROI of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
