Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing community.

Responsibilities
  • Quality Lead Generation: Implement and refine lead generation strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality leads through various digital channels, fostering meaningful connections and potential conversions.
  • Website Retailing Enhancement: Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the website’s retailing capabilities, focusing on user experience, product presentation, and seamless transactional processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Digital Media: Manage paid digital media channels and initiatives that drive leads, brand awareness, campaigns, and store awareness and visits.
  • Site Conversion Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analyses of website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities, implementing iterative improvements to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
  • Analytical Insight and Strategy Development: Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making, continuously refining digital experiences to align with evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Implementation, Collaboration & Regional Advocate: Act as the key contact within the region to ensure Canada is represented across Martech, SEO, Analytics, Paid Performance, and Website initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to roll out digital standardization projects, including website enhancements, personalization implementation, and audience segmentation for automation and AdWords campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Skilled in using digital analytics tools, CMS platforms, and social media management systems.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Criteo.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics GA4) are advantageous.
