Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing community.
Responsibilities
- Quality Lead Generation: Implement and refine lead generation strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality leads through various digital channels, fostering meaningful connections and potential conversions.
- Website Retailing Enhancement: Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the website’s retailing capabilities, focusing on user experience, product presentation, and seamless transactional processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Digital Media: Manage paid digital media channels and initiatives that drive leads, brand awareness, campaigns, and store awareness and visits.
- Site Conversion Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analyses of website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities, implementing iterative improvements to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Analytical Insight and Strategy Development: Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making, continuously refining digital experiences to align with evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
- Implementation, Collaboration & Regional Advocate: Act as the key contact within the region to ensure Canada is represented across Martech, SEO, Analytics, Paid Performance, and Website initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to roll out digital standardization projects, including website enhancements, personalization implementation, and audience segmentation for automation and AdWords campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Skilled in using digital analytics tools, CMS platforms, and social media management systems.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Criteo.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics GA4) are advantageous.

Location : Johannesburg, South Africa (minimum 4 days in office)
Working Hours : 2 : 00 pm – 10 : 00 pm RSA time (8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm Toronto time)
Public Holidays : Aligned with Canada's (Ontario) public holidays
