Role Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, high-quality lead generation, and measurable ROI. You will stay ahead of 2026 digital trends, leveraging AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to optimise our multi-channel presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email.
  • Paid Media Management: Plan and optimise high-converting ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Content & SEO: Conduct keyword research and implement technical SEO to improve organic rankings. Oversee the creation of engaging visual and written content.
  • Automation & Funnels: Build and manage automated lead-nurturing funnels using CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other data tools to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and refine budget allocation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (HND or professional certifications from reputable academies are also highly valued).
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email automation platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong storytelling ability, critical thinking, and adaptability to rapidly changing platform algorithms.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are a significant plus.
