How you'll role

As a Digital Marketing & RevOps Executive, you will be at the forefront of digital marketing strategies and operational execution. This remote role is pivotal for supporting revenue growth across operations. You will manage the entire marketing-to-sales funnel, optimize email campaigns, oversee CRM and automation, and lead a flagship salary survey project. Your insights will be critical in refining marketing strategies and driving business performance.

What you'll do
  • Own and manage the full Marketing-to-Sales funnel
  • Run and optimise email sequences, campaigns, and automations
  • Manage CRM and marketing tools (Bullhorn, Sourcebreaker, Zapier)
  • Oversee and deliver the agency’s flagship Salary Survey project
  • Support team operations: admin, inbox management, data cleaning
  • Track and report on marketing, lead generation, and business development performance
  • Analyse ROI and provide insights for improvement
What you'll need
  • 2+ years in Digital Marketing or Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • 2+ years experience in the recruitment industry (preferred)
  • Strong experience with CRM and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of analytics, reporting, and lead generation
  • Highly tech-savvy with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work independently
