Share customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services.

What you'll need to succeed: The ability to speak and write fluently in English. A passion for sales and experience in a direct sales-based role working with customers; call centre experience is advantageous. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in fast-paced phone/field-based sales or customer service roles. The ability to build rapport and close sales in the field. Great active listening skills. Resilience and a positive attitude. Super organised with an eye for detail. A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly. Ability to commute to our offices in the Cape Town area 6 days a week and work flexible shifts including some evenings and weekends. Strong alignment with our company values and ability to make an impact.
