We train and certify therapists and coaches in the RTT methodology and provide courses and audio to help people overcome issues.
We're looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, predictability, and momentum to our marketing and sales operations.
You’ll work directly under the CMO and translate high-level business goals into clear weekly sprints, manage workloads across marketing, funnel, creative, and implementation teams, and protect priorities from ad-hoc disruption.
Project & Sprint Management: build, manage, and enforce weekly sprints across marketing, funnel, creative, tech, and media team; maintain a clear project roadmap; assign tasks and manage workload capacity; proactively identify bottlenecks, scope creep, and risks.
Prioritisation & Stakeholder Management: serve as gatekeeper of the marketing priority list; push back on unplanned tasks; challenge stakeholders respectfully using data; communicate timelines, trade-offs, and delivery expectations clearly.
Liaise daily with funnel builders, automation specialists, designers, media buyers, copywriters, dev teams; collaborate with external agencies and contractors; translate strategic goals into actionable tasks; ensure interdependencies are accounted for; work closely with sales, product, and support.
Run daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews; maintain Asana as the single source of truth; document processes, improve workflows, introduce efficient systems; track timelines and ensure projects ship on time.
Provide the CMO with accurate project status updates; create weekly reports outlining wins, blockers, capacity, and next steps; keep specialists and leadership informed of progress.
