Role: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the automotive industry, with strong digital marketing skills that deliver measurable results. You’ll manage a mix of paid media channels, develop impactful messaging, and ensure we maximise ROI from our marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and digital placements.
  • Report weekly on performance, opportunities, and KPIs, with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with in-house team members to create engaging visual content for campaigns.
  • Develop compelling key messaging and calls to action across all campaigns.
  • Liaise with Topaz Studios to understand their paid media requirements and provide support where necessary.
  • Forecast ROI based on historic performance and propose budgets for new campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain tracking, analytics, and attribution models to ensure accurate reporting of results.
  • Maintain and optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, including lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automations, including testing for deliverability and engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Support the wider marketing team with additional marketing-related tasks when required.
Day-to-Day Duties
  • Create, manage, and optimise all live campaigns for optimisation opportunities and performance improvements.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Director for review, approval, and ideation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support wider projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, including lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automations, including testing for deliverability and engagement.
  • Plan ahead for events, campaigns and opportunities.
  • Advise on digital strategy changes to minimise wasted spend and improve performance.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM for email marketing, automation workflows, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  • Creative flair for crafting compelling messaging and collaborating on visual content.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to work pro‑actively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple campaigns effectively.
  • Bonus: experience working with e‑commerce or multi‑site businesses.
