Recognized for our expertise in crafting scalable growth strategies, we take pride in driving measurable results and delivering a strong return on investment.

Our core services include:

Position Overview

This is not a typical Marketing Manager role. This is an opportunity to help scale DAP’s entire marketing function. You’ll be responsible for building a predictable, scalable growth engine that generates high-quality leads for our sales team, strengthens our brand presence and positions DAP as a trusted authority in the digital strategy space.

You will work directly with senior leadership to define priorities, allocate budget and set quarterly growth goals. As a leader at DAP, you’ll have both strategic autonomy and the opportunity to shape the team as we scale.

For the right candidate, this role is a springboard into a Marketing Director position as we expand the marketing department in 2025.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Drive high-quality leads to the sales team at a reasonable cost per lead/acquisition, tailored to specific services.
  • Analyze lead sources, including Organic Search, Paid Search, Lead Generation, Referral Partners, and other channels, to ensure optimization.

Team Management:

  • Oversee the paid media team to ensure budget allocation aligns with strategic goals and drives ROI.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with lead generation companies, sourcing new partners while phasing out underperformers.

Partnership Management:

  • Leverage and expand existing referral partnerships to drive lead acquisition.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to maximize collaboration and lead generation potential.

Strategic Execution:

  • Monitor performance metrics, report on results, and implement corrective actions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Respond to sales team needs, such as providing email content, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership (Codrin/Eric) to align execution with overarching marketing strategies.

Accountability:

  • Own the results of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed objectives.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and see them through to successful execution.
Key Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing management, with a proven track record of driving lead generation and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to track performance and ROI.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience directing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly SEO, PPC, and partnership marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Communication:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales and senior leadership effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to driving results.
