We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns. You'll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
 - Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping) and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI.
 - Implement and oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and backlink development.
 - Develop and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently across multiple brands.
 - Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative execution with marketing objectives.
 
 - Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee social media scheduling, content planning, and paid social campaigns across all major platforms.
 - Manage sponsored content and influencer collaborations to boost brand reach and engagement.
 - Analyze performance metrics across platforms to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.
 - Ensure all content reflects brand tone, voice, and objectives.
 
 - Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
 - Report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI across all client accounts.
 - Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for continuous improvement.
 - Present insights and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
 
 - Leadership & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Umedia's internal teams (creative, content, web development, and account management).
 - Manage relationships with external partners or platforms when necessary.
 - Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
 
 
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
 - Proven success in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
 - Demonstrated experience in SEO, PPC management, and data analytics.
 - Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands within an agency environment is essential.
 
Technical Skills
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
 - Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
 - Experience with SEO tools
 - Skilled in social media management tools
 - Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is advantageous.
