Growth Resourcing is on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role combines creative flair and organisational skill, ensuring that graphics, social content, podcasts, and digital campaigns are executed consistently and effectively. You’ll work closely with Abi, our Head of Marketing, managing content calendars, creating graphics and copy, maintaining podcast pages, coordinating social media activity, and assisting with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update podcast pages, including episode titles, descriptions, and assets
  • Grow the podcast's Instagram page to increase followers and engagement
  • Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating podcast and YouTube content
  • Support social media content creation, including graphics, copywriting, and scheduling for James and also clients.
  • Assist clients with social media strategies and content creation
  • Build, schedule, and send email campaigns, including nurture sequences
  • Support digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) with monitoring and reporting
  • Create content guides, PDFs, and marketing assets for both James and clients
  • Track engagement metrics and support performance reporting
  • Maintain content calendars, marketing folders, and shared drives
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of online engagement strategies and best practices
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
