Duties
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Maintain and update the website, ensuring SEO and conversion best practices
  • Capture and produce photo and video content onsite (property, experiences, food and beverage)
  • Manage all social media platforms and community engagement
  • Create and distribute newsletters and CRM communications
  • Track and report on analytics and ROI metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the operations, reservations, and F&B teams to align marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Qualification or certification in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality or tourism
  • Strong hands-on ability in content creation (photography, video, copywriting)
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting ability
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • Google Ads or Analytics certification
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Previous experience with boutique hotels or tourism brands
  • Local tourism or influencer network within the Western Cape
