Ringier South Africa has built a game‑changing marketing and automation tool that is yielding strong results across our Media and Marketplaces portfolio of more than companies.

The tool is called the Content Distribution Engine (CDE), and it is our response to a big shift in digital: content is everywhere, but distribution is fragmented, manual, and inefficient.

This is a remote position.
Our Mission

Our mission is to drive the growth and adoption of the Content Distribution Engine (CDE) by helping clients maximize the value of the platform’s SEO, social media, and paid marketing capabilities.

We aim to ensure that our clients extract full performance from the tool, optimizing their digital presence and increasing revenue opportunities.

What will you do?

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will act as the bridge between clients and the CDE platform, ensuring that clients fully leverage its capabilities.

Client Acquisition – Identify target clients, conduct discovery calls, perform product demos, and ensure potential customers understand the value proposition of the CDE.

Client Retention & Growth – Manage ongoing client relationships, optimize their use of the platform, provide insights on SEO and paid marketing performance, and drive deeper adoption of CDE’s full feature set to maximize investment.

Work closely with clients to develop and execute strategies that increase their engagement, while also driving upsell opportunities and expanding our share of wallet with existing clients.

Tools and Tech Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Github, Slack, and Google Workspace.

SEO & Analytics

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Paid Advertising

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.

Social Media Management

Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related ad manager tooling.

Familiarity with or ability to learn SQL for querying data would be an advantage.

What you will need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3+ years of experience in a client‑facing digital marketing role, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
