QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- 1–3 years expected
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Magento, WordPress).
- Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, or Campaign Monitor)
- Experience with digital analytics tools like (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing skills would be a bonus.
- Previous work experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent website, email, and social media presence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing Manager with the marketing plan.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across website, email, social media.
- Maintain and update the company corporate and e-comm websites using CMS tools.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts.
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics and others.
- Collaborate with suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to develop engaging marketing materials for various marketing channels.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest new strategies to improve performance.
