Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication required.
• Matriculation certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in computer and standard office software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Support creation of engaging content including graphics, short videos and posts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Help manage client websites and blogs with fresh content.
• Learn and assist with SEO to improve site visibility.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and client presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorms for new campaigns.
• Gain exposure to email marketing campaigns and CRM tools.
• Undertake administrative tasks to support the marketing department.
