About the job Digital Marketing Account Manager
The Role

Do you live and breathe digital? Are you the type who gets excited about a strong CTR, a well-optimised blog, or a pixel-perfect campaign? Then you might be just the person our client is looking for!

Our client is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketer to join their dynamic marketing team. In this exciting role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients (think boutique hotels, lifestyle brands, and hospitality gems), helping them shine in the digital space with beautifully crafted content, sharp strategies, and meaningful results.

You'll be working closely with the Director of Client Services to ensure each client's brand is represented consistently and effectively across all digital touch points while keeping internal teams aligned and on the ball.

What You'll Do

Craft unique, data-driven digital strategies tailored to each clients goals.

Build out integrated plans covering SEO, social media, newsletters, paid ads, content marketing, and more.

Track performance and tweak strategies regularly to keep things fresh, relevant, and ROI-positive.

Write blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and social content that speaks to each brands voice.

Create monthly content calendars and ensure posts go out on time (and on point).

Develop campaign concepts and seasonal messaging with a strong creative edge.

Design eye-catching marketing material: brochures, flyers, menus, branded stationery, and more.

Ensure every piece is on-brand, high-quality, and ready to impress.

Collaborate with internal creatives to brainstorm campaign visuals and messaging.

Client Communication & Team Coordination

Act as the go-to person for your clients providing updates, reports, and strategic suggestions.

Keep the marketing, sales, design, and operations teams in sync for seamless execution.

Ensure all messaging stays true to each clients identity and customer expectations.

Your Digital Checklist
Web Management

Ensure blogs are published correctly and client websites are in tip-top shape:

Check site speed and page functionality

Test all buttons and links

Verify special offers are up to date and displaying properly

Report any issues to the Web Team, in writing.

Google My Business

Respond to reviews and messages in line with each brands tone of voice.

Keep photos fresh and appealing.

Confirm all business info (address, phone, website, etc.) is accurate and updated.

Ensure Facebook integrations are properly working.

Report issues to the Director of Client Services.

Reporting & Performance

Use platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp to monitor and analyse campaigns.

Create insightful monthly and quarterly reports showcasing wins, learnings, and actionable next steps.

General & Admin Duties

Be available to travel to new and existing clients (passport ready!).

Keep all client folders organised and aligned with our clients standards.

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring bold, innovative ideas to the table.

Keep Monday.com boards updated and use My Work to stay on track.

Spot potential risks to client revenue and flag them proactively.

Research & Development

Stay in the loop with the latest in digital, hospitality, and travel marketing.

Explore new tools, technologies, and trends to keep your skills sharp.

Attend courses and workshops to level up your marketing game.

Travel may be required from time to time bring your sense of adventure!

Valid passport and ID are essential.

You may be required to meet vaccination or travel insurance requirements depending on destination.
