Job Title: Digital Itinerary & Content Coordinator (WETU)

Location: Cape Town, Gardens (Hybrid Office and Home Office)

Overview

Egoli African Destinations is a pioneering tour operator in Southern Africa with over three decades of experience, providing full-service travel arrangements and personalized planning. We are expanding our team to introduce new systems and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and curate all travel content in Wetu (accommodation, activities, images, text, and rates).
• Create and maintain digital itineraries for both FIT and group programs.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure itinerary accuracy and brand consistency.
• Upload and maintain supplier content and special offers within Wetu.
• Optimize templates, layouts, and visuals to enhance presentation quality.
• Coordinate with the product team to ensure all content reflects current contracts and pricing.
• Maintain a clear and organized content structure within the Wetu system.
• Liaise with Wetu support and keep up to date with new features and tools.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Wetu or similar travel content platforms.
• Tourplan knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a flair for design and presentation.
• Familiarity with Southern African destinations and suppliers is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written English and comfort working with digital tools and systems.
