About the Role

ACDOCO SA seeks a dynamic, hands‑on Digital & Influencer Marketing Specialist to be our digital marketing dynamo.

We're looking for an energetic self‑starter with 3‑4 years' experience who can single‑handedly drive digital campaigns while bringing fresh, creative ideas to our portfolio of exciting international brands.

This isn't your typical corporate marketing role – we need someone who thrives in flow, loves wearing multiple hats, and gets excited about building something special with a lean, high‑performing team.

You'll have the autonomy to shape our digital presence while working directly with global brands and local influencers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end digital campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google – from creative briefing to performance optimisation
  • Bring fresh, bold ideas that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences in the beauty, personal care, and OTC spaces
  • Rapidly test, iterate, and scale what works – fail fast, learn faster
Creative Adaptation & Content Creation
  • Transform global assets into locally relevant, culturally resonant content with design agencies
  • Create quick, resonating content when needed – perfect is the enemy of done
Influencer Partnership Management
  • Build authentic relationships with micro and macro influencers
  • Brief and manage influencer agencies with clear, creative direction
  • Identify emerging creators and trends before they go mainstream
Data‑Driven Performance
  • Track and optimise campaigns in real‑time using platform analytics
  • Create simple, impactful reports that tell a story (no death by PowerPoint)
  • Connect digital activity directly to sales uplift – we care about ROI, not vanity metrics
What We're Looking For
  • 3‑4 years' hands‑on experience running paid digital campaigns (in‑house)
  • Natural creativity and trend awareness – you know what's happening on social before it's trending
  • Comfortable with chaos that delivers impact – multiple campaigns, shifting priorities, tight deadlines are your normal
  • Strong communicator who can build relationships across all levels
