The Digital Content, LMS & Multimedia Specialist will lead the creation and management of engaging digital experiences across websites, learning platforms, and multimedia channels. Key Responsibilities
- Website Design & Hosting: design, build, and maintain responsive, user‑friendly websites using WordPress & Elementor; manage domain registration, DNS, backups, SSL, and email setup; optimize for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and security; update content regularly and improve UX/UI; troubleshoot technical issues with hosting providers.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: plan and execute campaigns across platforms; create and schedule social media content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube; use Meta Business Suite or Buffer for post management and analytics; design digital assets such as banners, infographics, graphics; monitor trends and develop strategies to boost engagement and presence.
- Video Production & Multimedia Content: create and edit professional videos for training, marketing, and engagement; convert scripts into visually appealing learning modules; incorporate branding, animation, transitions, voiceovers, and captions; maintain an organized media library.
- LMS Management: set up, configure, and manage LMS platforms (LearnDash, Moodle); upload and structure courses, quizzes, assignments, and learning paths; administer user access, track progress, and generate reports; provide user support and resolve LMS issues.
- Analytics & Digital Strategy: monitor and report on website traffic, social engagement, and LMS usage; analyze data to drive improvement; contribute digital insights in planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Essential: Experience in web design and hosting administration; proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator); strong video editing skills (CreateStudio, CapCut, Premiere); familiarity with LMS platforms (LearnDash, Moodle); understanding of social media management and content creation; working knowledge of HTML, SEO, Google Analytics; highly creative, detail‑oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Experience in instructional design or e‑learning content; background in ICT, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field; animation and voice‑over production skills.
