Experience in the property development or real estate sector is highly desirable, along with expertise in customer relationship management within this industry. Proven success in using digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms like Mailchimp and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to develop actionable strategies, optimise marketing spend, and improve ROI. Creative thinker with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and developing innovative marketing ideas to engage customers and promote the brand.
